Grandparents can enjoy rewarding, stress-free experiences with their family by developing relationships based on deep understanding, acceptance and respect, through enriched communication.

The PET course will enable grandparents to:

• Value their contribution to their family
• Clarify their expectations of the relationships
• Understand the values and needs of their adult children and grandchildren
• Talk freely about feelings to deepen the relationships
• Work out what is causing some challenging behaviours
